Translucent Series 20

Description
  • Series : Series 20
  • Color : Translucent (Matt)
  • Type : Fully hydrogenation SEBS (White smoke)
  • Most suitable materials for bonding: PP / TPE
  • Thermal distortion temperature : 80゚C
  • Low temperature resistance: -40゚C

Series 20 are SEBS hydrogenated grade materials

The material has good property for coloring, with comfortable sense of touch and good weather resistance. The options of hardness can be designed according to customers' requirements. It has excellent mechanical properties and softness. It is often used as the best materials for outdoor and fitness products, because of its wear resistance & resilience are very good, it is widely used in bicycle handlebars (grips), toys, seats as well as various different hardware tools,…,etc.

Compliant with EU RoHS, REACH inspection regulations, and passed the safety tests of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (NPEO), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), phthalates (6P, Nonylphenol) and PFOS/PFOA (Perfluorooctane Sulfonate /Perfluorooctanoic Acid). The materials are non-toxic and safe, and comply with environmental regulations.

Dedicated to toothbrushes, auto wheels, sporting goods, car grips, toys,….,etc.
