• Thermoplastic elastomer (elastoplastics) referred to as TPE, also known as thermoplastic rubber.
  • It refers to the property of vulcanized rubber at normal temperature (i.e. the nature of the elastomer), the material can be plasticized and deformed at high temperature.
  • It has the properties of vulcanized rubber, but it does not need to be vulcanized during processing. Therefore, TPE has many characteristics in between rubber and plastic.
  • Generally be used for bonding with the plastic materials like PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS,, it can also be molded separately itself.
  • Faster processing than conventional vulcanized rubber for producing final products.
